The brief wasn't to replace what was already in place. Prime Time Fitness had established supplier agreements, operational standards and site layouts that worked. The task was to identify where specialist equipment could genuinely improve the training offer and introduce it without creating friction in the process.

That requires a different kind of thinking to a straightforward supply job. Equipment selection had to be considered against biomechanics, durability and how each piece would sit within the existing layout and user flow. The aim was a measurable improvement in training quality, not simply more machines on the floor.

Managing the logistics across borders

Coordinating supply across multiple commercial sites in Germany from the UK involves more than product knowledge. Freight scheduling, customs clearance, currency fluctuation, site access and coordination with existing operational teams all have to be managed precisely to keep timelines intact.

Swiss Strength handled the process from end to end. Shipments were coordinated and timed to avoid disruption to live operational sites. Where equipment required specialist disassembly for access, that was planned and executed as part of the installation methodology rather than discovered on site. Everything was assembled, tested and ready for immediate use on handover.
